These terms apply when you play any game published by TEMTech AI LLC. By installing or playing one of our games, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. The games

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. We may update, change or stop offering a game or any feature at any time.

2. Virtual items

Games may include virtual currency and items, such as coins, gems or bonuses, earned in play or bought. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a licence to use them in the game, not property you own. Purchased currency is never removed by in-game resets such as prestige, but it may be lost if you delete the game or its data and it is not restorable through Google Play.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policy. Request refunds through Google Play. If a purchase didn't arrive, try Restore purchases in the game's settings, then contact support@temtechai.com.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, hack, modify the game, exploit bugs, or use automated tools. Don't choose leaderboard names that are offensive, impersonate others or break the law. We may hide names, remove scores, or limit access for players who break these rules.

5. Ads

Our games may show ads provided by third parties. Rewarded ads are optional. We are not responsible for advertisers' products or websites.

6. Our content

The games, their art, music, code and names belong to TEMTech AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, TEMTech AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
