Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 October 2026. Applies to all games published by TEMTech AI LLC.
We make games, not profiles. None of our games ask for an account, your name or your email. Your progress is saved on your phone. Some games use Google services for ads, purchases, statistics and crash reports, and one game has online leaderboards. This page explains exactly what each game uses, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
TEMTech AI LLC ("we", "us") is a company in Michigan, United States, that develops and publishes the mobile games Cozy Paws Rescue, Petal & Pot, Spirit Seal and Oni Breaker. We are responsible for the limited personal data described here. Contact us at privacy@temtechai.com or by post at 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864, United States.
2. Data stored only on your phone
Each game saves its data in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot see this data and it is not sent to us. Depending on the game, it includes:
- game progress, such as levels, coins, upgrades, unlocked areas and tutorial steps;
- names you give to things in the game (for example pets in Cozy Paws Rescue);
- settings, such as music, sound and vibration;
- a record of purchases already delivered, so they are not lost or granted twice;
- simple counters, such as the date you first played and daily bonus counts.
If you have Android device backup turned on, Android may include this data in your own Google account backup. That is controlled by your phone settings and Google's privacy policy.
3. Services our games use
These services are run by Google and receive data directly from the app. We see only summary reports and crash reports, which do not include your name or contact details.
Google AdMob (ads)
Used by Cozy Paws Rescue, Petal & Pot and Spirit Seal. Rewarded ads are always optional; Cozy Paws Rescue and Petal & Pot may also show a full-screen ad when you open a new area, unless you bought ad removal. To show, limit and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects your device's advertising ID and app set ID, your IP address (which can indicate your general location, such as country or city), interactions with ads and the app, and diagnostic information. Depending on your consent and location, ads may be personalised or limited. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play Billing (purchases)
Used by every game that sells items. Google processes the payment. We never receive your card or bank details. The app receives a purchase confirmation (order ID, product and purchase token) so it can deliver your item.
Firebase Analytics (game statistics)
Used by Cozy Paws Rescue only. It helps us see how the game is played, for example whether the tutorial is too long. It collects an app-instance ID, your advertising ID where allowed, approximate location from your IP address, device and app details (model, Android version, app version, language), sessions, screens and game events such as tutorial steps, areas unlocked, pets adopted, which bonus an ad was watched for and which product was bought. We do not send names you type, we do not turn on Google Signals, and we do not use these statistics for advertising.
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports)
Used by Cozy Paws Rescue only. If the app crashes, it sends a crash report with the error details, device model, Android version, memory state and a random installation ID. We use it only to fix bugs.
Our leaderboard server
Used by Oni Breaker only, and run by us on Cloudflare. It stores the player name you choose, a random player ID, a hashed (scrambled) access token and your scores. It does not store your email or IP address. Cloudflare handles network traffic to the server under its privacy policy.
4. Game by game
| Game | Ads | Purchases | Statistics and crashes | Online features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cozy Paws Rescue | Google AdMob | Google Play | Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics | Optional Google Play Games cloud save |
| Petal & Pot | Google AdMob | Google Play | None | None |
| Spirit Seal | Google AdMob (rewarded only) | Google Play | None sent (events stay on the phone) | None |
| Oni Breaker | None in the current version | None in the current version | None | Leaderboards with a name you choose |
Cozy Paws Rescue. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, a copy of your save, including the names you gave your pets, is stored in your Google account's saved games so you can continue on a new phone. We do not receive your Google account details. If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your phone (at most one a day); no notification data is sent to us.
Spirit Seal. The game keeps a short list of gameplay events (such as levels won) in memory to help with testing. In the current version this list is never sent anywhere.
Oni Breaker. Names are filtered for offensive words, and other players can report a name. A name reported by three different players is hidden until we review it. If we add ads or purchases to Oni Breaker, we will update this policy before that version is released.
5. Your choices
- Privacy options. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, our games ask for your consent before personalised ads (and, in Cozy Paws Rescue, statistics). In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of data for targeted ads. Change your choice any time in the game's Settings > Privacy options.
- Advertising ID. Reset or delete it in your phone's settings, usually Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads.
- Ads. Rewarded ads are always optional. Where a game sells ad removal, it turns off full-screen ads.
- Notifications. Turn them off in the game's settings or in Android settings.
- Stop all collection. Uninstall the game.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, sharing device data with Google for personalised ads may count as a "sale" or "sharing"; the Privacy options setting lets you opt out.
6. Keeping and deleting data
- On your phone: kept until you reset the game in its settings, clear the app's storage, or uninstall it.
- Firebase Analytics (Cozy Paws Rescue): user-level data is kept for 2 months, then only totals remain.
- Crashlytics (Cozy Paws Rescue): crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
- Oni Breaker leaderboards: kept until you delete them. Use Delete my leaderboard name on the Leaderboards screen, or reset your progress; both remove your name, scores and any reports about you.
- AdMob and Google Play: kept by Google under its own policies. Manage it at myaccount.google.com.
To ask us to delete data, see Delete your data.
7. Children
Our games are made for a general adult audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used one of our games and data was collected, email privacy@temtechai.com and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, to object to or limit how it is used, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not know who you are, we may ask for an identifier shown in the game (such as the Player ID in Cozy Paws Rescue) so we can find your data. Email privacy@temtechai.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
For players in the EEA and UK, the legal bases are: providing the game you chose to play (saving progress, delivering purchases); your consent (personalised ads, and statistics in the EEA, UK and Switzerland); and our legitimate interest in funding free games, fixing crashes and preventing fraud.
9. Security and international transfers
Data the games send is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Google and Cloudflare may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes and contact
If a game changes in a way that affects your privacy, such as adding a new service, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships.
